Join us and thousands of students and teachers in Malaysia for the first national virtual Kindness Workshop! The interactive session, endorsed by the Ministry of Education, is designed to build valuable kindness and empathy skills.
Organized by KitaConnect, a youth network by Unicef Malaysia.
The workshop kicked off last year with a nationwide tour creating over 2,700 kindness ambassadors in schools pre-selected by the State Education Department to help raise awareness on bullying, and promoting a culture of kindness in schools across Malaysia.
Our focus this year is a key ingredient of kindness – empathy!
Organized by KitaConnect, a youth network by Unicef Malaysia, these sessions on 3rd and 4th of November are open for individuals under 25 to register.
Here are some things you will be experiencing during the workshop!

Workshop Principles

1. Focused Session
Teachers and students will experience the same interactive empathy programme, but in separate sessions tailored to their needs and roles. This way, our trainers and facilitators can engage more meaningfully with each group and create a safe space for all to be open and share during the sessions.

2. Having Fun
We know online workshops and classes can get very tiring, so we do our very best to make sure our teachers and students have fun through interactive activities!

3. Safety
Besides taking social distancing seriously, we also think your emotional safety is important and we will have a certified professional to support you through our sessions.
